Cooling-off period:

If you change your mind, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided physical QR codes have not been shipped or used.

After 14 days:

Refunds are not available.

Subscription renewals:

Non-refundable once charged. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 30 days before renewal.

Faulty service:

If we fail to deliver the service as described, contact support@1qrpro.com for resolution.
